(1) Establishing a complete set of usage records for each set of molds when they enter the factory is an important basis for ensuring future maintenance.
(2) As a mold administrator, after the mold enters the factory, it is necessary to record the structural accessories of each part of the mold in detail in the mold file, list the wearing parts in the mold as needed, and prepare the accessories in advance. For example, ejector, core Zi, etc. has established a minimum inventory of consumable spare parts so as not to delay production due to insufficient preparation. Because there are many such courses in the company, it is safe to be prepared. (3) When making a resume card for a mold, a permanent mark must be engraved on the mold for easy identification. In this way, as long as people who are not stupid will not cause a farce of installing the wrong mold.
(4) If there is a mold with a cylindrical core puller, please connect the quick-change joint to the mold as soon as possible. Otherwise, the money wasted by oil leakage from the cylinder every time the mold is disassembled and assembled is enough to pay a few employees for a month You can also use the money you save to improve the meals of your employees. This way, the time for the die casting operator to load and unload the mold is also greatly reduced, and one stone is multi-purpose.
